Orders:

Orders are to be made at least 72 hours prior to pick up date for simply decorated cakes, cake pops, cake flights, and truffles. 

For custom cakes, seven days notice is required. Cake orders received after the times designated above are subject to a rush order fee of $25.

Payment must be received within 24 hours of receipt of invoice; unpaid invoices after the 24 hours will be considered canceled. Payment confirms your order.

Cancellations/Refunds:

Cancellations of paid orders must be made 72 hours prior to pick up date in order to receive a partial refund. Refund amount is at the discretion of sliced. Cake bar. 

Cancellation of paid orders can be rescheduled for a later date.

Last minute cancellations of paid orders (less than 24 hours notice) will not be refunded. 

The customer is entitled to pick up the product if desired or reschedule for a later date. Please note that the customer will have to pay for any re-orders. 

Sliced. Cake bar reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.

Events/Weddings:

Your deposit reserves the event date and is due at signing of this contract. It is non-refundable.

We must receive the balance due by the date indicated above or the contract is null and void. Deposits are non-refundable and in the event this contract is null and void, all payments made prior to the balance due date are non-refundable.

The date of the final payment due is the final date for any changes or additions. Any requests for changes and additions after this date are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation prior to the balance due date (14 days prior to event start date) listed above can be refunded up to 50% of the balance paid thus far (minus the non-refundable deposit). The deposit is non-refundable. No refunds will be given for canceled orders after the lock out date.
